การลงทะเบียนห้องคุยนั้น
จำเป็นต้องลงทะเบียนชื่อผู้เล่นเสียก่อนถึงใข้งานคำสั่งในการลงทะเบียนห้องคุยต่อไปนี้ได้
คำสั่ง : /msg ChanServ REGISTER <ห้องคุย>
<รหัสห้องคุย> <คำอธิบายห้องคุย>
ตัวอย่าง : /msg ChanServ REGISTER #ทดลอง
nunjung ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ห้องทดลอง

เงื่อนไข
:
1. ก่อนที่จะลงทะเบียนห้องคุยได้นั้น ห้องคุยนั้นต้องไม่ถูกผู้อื่นลงทะเบียนก่อนหน้านี้
2. ผู้ที่จะลงทะเบียนห้องคุยได้นั้น ต้องลงทะเบียนชื่อที่ใช้เล่นใน
irc.webmaster.com เสียก่อน
3. หลังการลงทะเบียนห้อง ถ้าไม่มีผู้เล่นที่มีสิทธิ์เป็น SOP,
UOP, VOP , AOP เข้ามาในห้องติดต่อกันเกิน 20 วัน การลงทะเบียบนี้ถือเป็นอันยกเลิก
